You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw your consent.
Your rights under UK data-protection law
- Right of access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure — deletion where there is no overriding reason to keep the data
- Right to restrict processing — pausing use of your data in certain circumstances
- Right to object — objecting to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing
- Right to data portability — a machine-readable copy where applicable
- Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing
- Right to complain — to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk
Some records, such as payment and accounting records, must be kept for statutory periods. Where deletion is not possible, we restrict access and securely dispose of the records at the end of the retention period. See the Privacy Notice.
