What ICM does

The Institute of Construction Management, known as ICM, supports construction management professionals through membership, professional standards, assessment routes and continuing professional development. Its learning programme covers competence frameworks, professional practice, leadership and technical subjects relevant to the built environment.

ICM's role on this platform

• Delivering ICM events and professional development sessions
• Co-delivering jointly badged events with the Task Force
• Handling payment, banking administration, invoices and refunds for all paid events
• Supporting platform administration within approved permissions

Wherever a registrant makes a payment, ICM is clearly identified as the payment administrator, including on invoices, receipts and payment references.

Relationship with the UK Construction Industry Task Force

ICM and the UK Construction Industry Task Force are separate legal entities that collaborate in delivering this events platform and associated programmes. Neither organisation owns or controls the other. Both are registered data controllers, and where they jointly determine the purposes and means of processing personal data through this platform they act as joint controllers.
